The Value Dimension in Reforming the Educational System
Educational values form a fundamental pillar for building a balanced personality and guiding behavior. They also contribute to enhancing the alignment between educational goals and societal needs, as well as preserving national identity. However, their implementation faces a range of pedagogical, institutional, and social challenges, which necessitates their systematic and comprehensive integration into all aspects of the educational process to ensure the formation of responsible generations capable of actively contributing to the comprehensive development of society.

Democratization of Higher Education and Reform Challenges
The article addresses the democratization of higher education in Morocco as a cornerstone for development and knowledge production, focusing on access, selectivity, guidance, student mobility, and tuition-free education, while highlighting existing shortcomings. It also discusses the democratization of university structures, their autonomy, and stakeholder participation in decision-making. The article concludes that successful reforms depend on enhancing autonomy, democratization, and good administrative practices to achieve social justice, equal opportunities, and high-quality education.
